Getting agents connected to corporate databases has long been a problem with call centers. Too often, agents work from printed lists and make pen notations in the margins. Using UCCX with customization by VantiCore, you can now integrate to your existing SQL compliant or middleware database for managing transactions. Agents will have the ability to click "next call" automatically placing a new call. Agents can track and report on the phone call. Call disposition can be configured for answer, voicemail, ring no answer, busy or any other preferred response. Call dispositions will be written back to the database for future follow up. |
